Information you provide

The forms collect the details shown in each form, such as your name, email, participation interest, preferred shirt size, volunteer role, organization, and message. Submissions are stored in Wix Forms for the event team to respond to your request and coordinate the event.

Payments

Payments are not currently enabled. When checkout opens, payment card information will be handled through the connected payment provider’s checkout rather than through the contact or interest forms.

Participant information

No public participant directory is currently available. A public roster will only be added after the organizer confirms the data and publication permissions.

Questions and requests

Use the contact form to ask the event team about your submitted information or request a correction or removal. The organizer’s full privacy policy and contact details will be finalized before paid registration opens.
